Received and in good order. Item works exactly as described. Screw in your preferred toothpaste, mount to the wall and enjoy the significant decrease in mess and waste of kids toothpaste. Inserting the toothbrush applies a suction to the tub extracting toothpaste directly to the brush. Depending on the pressure applied determines the amount of paste dispensed allowing you to control the flow. It will also empty the tube without you having to squish the tub from bottom to head. Mount so far has been reliable and very easy to apply. Suggestion to the seller, either include additional pads in the packaging or sell replacement pads as an addon to the order. I love this toothpaste dispenser and highly highly recommend the purchase. I will be getting more for friends and family.
