1. Grocery Products
- Groceries are non-returnable due to their perishable nature.
- If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or expired item, please contact us immediately.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
2. Household Products (Appliances, Gadgets, Tools, Smart Tech, etc.)
- You may return most household products within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days for funds to appear.
- For replacement requests, we’ll confirm delivery time with you once your return is approved.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
- If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We’ll arrange for a free pickup and send a replacement or issue a refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable groceries (unless damaged/incorrect)
- Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page
