4. Returns & Refunds

Groceries: Non-returnable unless damaged, incorrect, or expired upon delivery.
Household products: Can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

OneSpark is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, courier issues, or force majeure events).
