• Coverage: Delivered fresh and on time, straight to your doorstep.

2. Household Products

(Appliances, Gadgets, Tools, Smart Tech, etc.)

• Delivery Time: Within 2 business days.
• Packaging: Every item is securely packed for safe arrival.
• Tracking: You’ll receive updates once your order is on the way.

3. Shipping Costs

• Groceries & Household Products:

  • Free delivery on all orders over €15.

  • Orders under €15 include a flat €2 delivery fee (clearly shown at checkout).

  • We also run special campaigns with free delivery promotions — keep an eye out!

4. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to deliver on time, unexpected factors like traffic, weather, or peak demand may cause delays.

• If this happens, our team will notify you immediately and keep you updated until your order arrives.
